Silver staining of SDS-PAGEs
NOTES: The reagents should be prepared when they are going to be used.
It is a good idea to stain the gel previously with Coomasie
The incubations are at room temperature with shaking
1- Incubate 30 min in 40% methanol with 10% acetic acid
2- Incubate 30 min in 40% methanol with 10% acetic acid
